The pool area was great and open late. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pricey for what you get. Table tennis was fun but the wait for the shuttle can be long at times.

I was really frustrated with the shuttle service. You had to book it online in advance, which we didn’t know. It left us scrambling to drive ourselves and pay for parking—definitely not what we signed up for on our vacation!

Great location with free shuttle service. Room not cleaned properly during our stay.

The location is a major plus; you can easily walk to Disney Springs. The shuttle service was slow, taking longer than expected to get to the parks. The hotel offers a nice happy hour at the bar, which was enjoyable.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Disney Springs. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to all the theme parks, making everything easy.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it’s still reasonable.

The staff made me feel right at home with their warm welcomes! The heated outdoor pool was the perfect oasis after a long day at the parks. Plus, being just a stroll away from Disney Springs was the cherry on top!
Can't recommend highly enough! 🌟❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs™ Area, thanks to the friendly staff and outstanding breakfast. The chef prepared delicious omelets, while the service from Jaime, Jose, and Kelly made us feel truly valued. Just a few improvements needed in housekeeping.

Impeccable staff made for a warm welcome, and the spacious room with comfy king-size beds was a delight. Breakfast offerings were decent, especially with made-to-order omelettes, although the dinner menu felt a bit limited. A convenient shuttle service to the parks was a huge plus. the room itself had its quirks; an outdated bathroom with visible wear and a fridge that had an unpleasant odor. While clean towels were refreshed daily, the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. Good value for a family-friendly stay, but improvements are definitely needed.

Everything was flawless.

Breakfast is a feast with an omelet chef serving up magic! The pool has cool fountains and sitting ledges, making splashing around a blast.
Housekeeping was hit or miss, and I had to keep asking for bath wash.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.
No Disney buses made getting to Disney Springs a hassle. The food options were limited, and the breakfast was too expensive for what it offered.

Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh omelettes, Mickey pancakes, and fruit—delicious. The fireworks view from the top floor? Spectacular. Staff were generally accommodating. during evenings, the service dropped. It took five trips to the bar for towels at the pool. The bartender was overwhelmed but kind. The front desk staff, unfortunately, lacked urgency and effective support. Charging for amenities without providing them feels misleading. Resort fees seemed excessive, especially with limited room service. Cleanings were sparse. A room mix-up at night was alarming, and the response felt insufficient. This hotel has potential, yet it requires a sharper focus on consistent service and communication. Until then, I’ll explore other options.

Great location near Disney Springs. Room was comfy and clean with AC, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and coffee machine. The breakfast was nice, with fresh omelettes and waffles. Pool area was awesome, open late, and had a hot tub. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

I had an incredible experience thanks to the hotel's wonderful position just a short, stroller-friendly walk to Disney Springs, where I could enjoy fantastic shopping and dining, along with convenient access to the Disney parks for early entry, while the staff was attentive and friendly and the room was spacious and cozy with awesome views of the Disney fireworks, but the parking fee was a little disappointing after paying for the stay.

Had an awesome time! Loved the free breakfast, it saved us a bunch. We could see the fireworks from our balcony at night, which was a nice surprise. Super close to Disney Springs, easy stroller walk. Staff was top, notch, always with a smile, especially with our kiddo's special requests. The pool was a hit, and 2 complimentary drink cards were a nice touch. Early Disney resort entry was a game, changer – just grab a confirmation number and you're in!
Not much to gripe about, but some rooms had heating issues – had to go through a few before getting a warm one. Pricey parking and no breakfast included were the only downsides.

The room was clean and spacious for two adults and one child, with excellent air conditioning and air quality. The bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful night. outside noise from I-95 was noticeable, which affected sleep quality. The heat and air unit had minor issues that needed attention. Staff was always available and attentive, quickly addressing requests. The cleanliness was commendable, but a deeper cleaning could enhance comfort. The amenities were good but service felt inconsistent, especially regarding late check-out options. the room was satisfactory but with some room for improvement.

The hotel offers private parking, perfect for stress, free park days. Plus, it's super close to Disney Springs, just a 3, minute drive away , a convenient location for some post, park shopping.
The chilly pool in mid, June was a downside. The staff seemed indifferent, and communication was lacking.

Enjoyed the outdoor oasis with pool, hot tub, and fun games. Attended a hilarious dinner theater show. Access to Early Theme Park Entry was a plus.
Loved feeling like a room inspector with the unexpected housekeeping visit.

The friendliness of all the staff make our stay from start to finish very enjoyable. We particularly liked the outdoor dining options, from the poolside to the covered patio featuring a walk-up bar. It was a delightful experience to dine in the pleasant restaurant with the added convenience of a Disney gift shop, ticket kiosk, and Hertz car rental office.
No self-transport for luggage.

Stayed with my squad, hit Disney & motorsports, got 2 kids eating free. Pool vibes were sick for all-day chillin'!
The only thing missing? A lit teen club to turn up at night!

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and wanted to share our experience. we really appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms. It was reliable and made it easy for us to stay connected during our trip. The room itself was equipped with a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks. The space was cozy, with a sitting area where we could unwind. The carpeted floor added a warm touch to the room. there were a few things that could be improved. The heating and air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and we had some trouble finding the right temperature for our room. the sink in the bathroom was a bit small, making it challenging to use comfortably. We also noticed that the room lacked some basic amenities like ironing facilities and a tea and coffee maker, which would have been convenient to have.

the hotel was so close to downtown disney - just a quick walk away. the outdoor pool was fabulous, and the room size was perfect for a family. the free shuttle to the disney parks was a lifesaver, and the staff were super friendly. and let me tell you - the chicken quesadilla at the quick service was delicious!
Would be happy to recommend

The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, perfect for both parents and kids to enjoy. The hotel staff made sure our children felt special, giving them a memorable dining experience.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the children's entertainment options.

As a budget traveler, my stay at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The convenience of walking to Disney Springs made our first Disney trip with our granddaughter even more special. The easy check-in process and valet parking, although an extra cost, were well worth it. The spacious rooms, quality bath products, and incredibly comfortable beds ensured a restful stay. The pool was a hit, and the entire facility impressed us. We will definitely be returning here for our future Disney trips.
